History of Marc's Fried Clams

Marc Fournier has seen clams of every shape and size throughout his 40 plus years in the restaurant business.  Raised in Shediac, he worked for his parents in their very popular restaurant called Gould’s Fried Clams. For years, Gould’s was the place for the best fried clams around; along with fun at the beach, long drives in the country and many a night at the drive-in theatre.

Marc and his wife, Anne-Marie, opened Marc’s Fried Clams in December of 1990 and are still, to this day, enjoying the challenge. They have honed Marc’s cooking skills and methods as well as his desire to always do a good job into a business that offers a service to be proud of. That, along with the friendly service and reasonable prices, is what keeps people coming back.
